The raised access floor has become essential in current construction programmes thanks to its ease of use and modularity.

The principle of the raised access floor
Example of a braced structure covered with a perforated panel

The raised access floor comprises a metal frame attached to the ground covered with removable panels, allowing all types of flow (communication, electronic, electrical, air conditioning, etc.) to circulate in the empty space between the ground and the floor. The panels can be removed and replaced at will to allow all types of operations to be carried out in the plenum.
