GIFAfloor raised flooring system

GIFAfloor is used where a concete or cement screed would normally be used but where access to the void is still required. The access is achieved by utilisaing a proprietary access hatch which can be incorporate into the GIFAfloor raised flooring systeme during installation. Uniquely ampong raised access flooring systemps caramic tiles and other floor finishes can be fixed directly to the surface.
Thanks to its large panels 1200 x 600 or 600 x 600 mm, GIFAfloor offers quick installation and superb stability.

High performance screed alternative

Manufactured from highly compressed calcium sulfate, this panel is of a homogenous monolithic material ideal for applications where acoustic properties and durability are paramount. GIFAfloor is also the ideal replacement for floor screed particularity in multi-storey projects where cost and time savings are essential.
GIFAfloor is fire resistant and completely dry system.

Floor finish

GIFAfloor has been fully tested with steel adjustable range of pedestals. Ideal for raised floor areas requiring continuous finishes such as sheet vinyl, rubber or linoleum. The panel is supplied bare and will accept any floor finish including sheet products and stone.
