The principles of a PROGRESSIVE floor

The extreme flexibility and the mobility, accuracy and finish of raised access floors makes them perfectly suited to the requirements of office buildings. They are now essential to any construction or refurbishment programme and can be adapted to office and technical use as well as very specific applications.

The structure
Self-supporting structure

The raised access floor comprises a metal frame attached to the ground covered with removable panels, allowing all types of cables, sheaths and fluids to be routed through the plenum (free space under the panels).
- E.g. electricity, telephone and network cables, ventilation or air conditioning sheaths, cooling liquids or other substances.

The panels

Most panels are a standard measurement of 600 x 600mm. They can be installed on different types of structure, either self-supporting or braced. They can be moved and repositioned as you wish, allowing all types of useful modifications to be made in the plenum.
- E.g. if premises are refurbished, all the sockets can be easily installed in the required place without any need to add visible ducts or cabling, and without it being necessary to call in an electrician.

The advantages
Braced structure in a technical room

Technical Even the most complex wiring structures can be suitably organised and remain easily accessible thanks to the modularity of the raised access floor. The height of the plenum varies from 370 to 1800mm, allowing technicians excellent working conditions.

Appearance The floor is clear, unencumbered and clean. All the wiring is routed through the plenum. Hundreds of finishes are available to personalise the appearance and operational aspects of the solution.

Safety No cables on the floor to avoid any risk of accident.

Adding value to buildings The modernity of the equipment and the modularity it allows give added value to premises fitted out with raised access floors, both on the market and for rental.

Warranty In accordance with current legislation, raised access floor are guaranteed for correct installation and normal usage.
